When you are feeling sick, tired, or broke no amount of platitudes can overcome it.  Sometimes it take a helping hand.  We are here to be a place of motivation and inspiration for you.  But it is your responsibility to make yourself feel positive.  We want you to be, and stay, in a positive mood and vibration.   We will offer suggestions and ideas for you to use as tools.  Do what you can, every little bit helps you to shift.

When you want to fly with eagles you don't hang around with turkeys.
If you were going to play a concert, you would practice.  If you were going to play in a tournament, you would practice.  If you want a better life, practice it!
